Exterior Completion Milestone - Interior Works Commence
Exterior phase completion marks a critical milestone. Interior construction now begins in parallel with final exterior touches. This phase includes wall finishes, flooring installation, mechanical and electrical systems, bathroom and kitchen fit-outs, and custom architectural details. Expect to see dramatic visual progress through April and May as spaces transform into finished residences.
From Structure to Completion
After structural works are complete, the building will be enclosed with its façade, roofing, glazing, and insulation to become fully weather-tight. Interior works will then progress with services installation, internal walls, fit-out, and premium finishes. Final stages include the swimming pool and external amenities such as the parking and access roads, landscaping and security systems, followed by testing, approvals, and handover for occupancy.
Structural Framework Rising
Steel and concrete framework now reaching the sixth floor. The building's iconic silhouette is beginning to take shape against the Masaki skyline.
Foundation Complete
The foundation work has been successfully completed with reinforced concrete structures meeting international standards.
